We guarantee that all our products are of the very highest quality when they leave our warehouses, and also that they will reach you in perfect condition. If, however, you are not satisfied with the quality of the plants or bulbs you receive please notify us within 10 (ten) working days of receipt, to qualify for replacements or a refund.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.......

That's an easy one.... THERE AREN'T ANY!!!! We do not apply any extra charges for delivery to the continental United States. We calculate all our prices to include a small percentage to cover the shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders for Alaska and Hawaii, these will be calculated for each individual order depending on size and weight. Shipping charges may also be added if you require your order to be delivered outside our normal shipping schedule.

DELIVERY TIMES.......

Your order will be shipped to arrive at the ideal planting time for your climate zone between Februari 15th and April 1st. The further south you are the later your bulbs will arrive.

BULB SIZES.......

The sizes listed are generally the circumference of the bulb in centimeters. A tulip size 12/+ is therefore one with a circumference of at least 12 centimeters. The size of some items may be listed as Topsize, this is the largest size available for the product and can be different depending on the season and the product. AVAILABILITY.......

Bulbs and plants are natural products, it is therefore, possible that certain varieties may, due to unforseen circumstances, be unavailable. In these rare cases we will do our best to contact you so that you can make an alternative choice. If, for whatever reason, we fail to make contact with you, we will simply not send the unavailable article and amend your payment accordingly.
